do you?

I felt like this episode was the defining moment in their friendship.  Yes, they had fun and lots of laughter before this but this was when they both officially took a chance on each other.  Without knowing what KHJ’s response was, Hwangbo took a giant step forward and said I love you so that they could remain on the show.   KHJ, because they’re alike, knew her well enough to know her exact response.  He too responded in kind.  We know how hard it was for both of them to say these words but they did it for each other.  Sometimes you put walls up not to keep people out but to see who cares enough to break them down.  I think they effectively broke each others walls =p

I love this couple, I do.  I know it’s a variety show that ended about two years ago but I can’t bring myself to stop supporting them.  Sometimes I wish that their story were just a 16-episode drama with an ENDING.  I mean, if it were a drama, I can wrap it up and move on to the next one.  Instead here I am, hoping and praying that they’re together or at least building a stronger friendship.

Their easy banter, their quiet conversations, the way they laughed, the way they played, they made it so easy for us to fall for them.  I’ve learned that people will forget what you’ve said, they may even forget what you’ve done, but they rarely forget how you made them feel.  Perhaps that’s why I can’t give up on them.
